Jazz and the birds.

My cat Jazz and I spend many hours watching the bird feeders that we've hung outside on my mom's porch. It faces a swamp, so we seen TONS of native birds including Gold Finches, Downy Woodpeckers, Ground Finches, Black-capped Chickadees, and the occasional Pileated Woodpecker. Most of the drawings are of Gold Finches on my nyjer feeder. The birds (surprisingly) were better models than Jazz was, she hardly sits still while watching them-I don't think she gets the concept that if she sits still they'll fly closer to her. I did catch her napping after all the excitement though.
